These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Hobby Hub website (the "Site") and the sign-up form available on it. The Site is operated by Hobby Hub Limited ("Hobby Hub", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (company registration number 16021046), with a registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site is currently an informational and sign-up website for Hobby Hub, a community-led platform that helps people discover local activities and helps activity and hobby providers reach new audiences. The Site allows providers to register their interest in joining the platform. The full Hobby Hub platform and its services are still in development, and the features described on the Site may change.

2. Using the Site

You agree that you will:

• use the Site only for lawful purposes;
• provide accurate, current and complete information when you submit the sign-up form;
• not use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation, or that is fraudulent or harmful;
• not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to it; and
• not introduce viruses, malware or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

We may suspend or withdraw access to the Site, or restrict your use of it, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

3. Registering your interest

Submitting the sign-up form registers your interest in becoming a participant or provider on Hobby Hub. It does not create any binding agreement between you and Hobby Hub, and does not guarantee that you will be onboarded onto the platform. Any reference to free access, founding membership, or early-provider benefits is an indication of our current intentions and may be subject to change or to separate terms when the platform launches.

4. Intellectual property

We own or are licensed to use all intellectual property rights in the Site and in the material published on it, including the Hobby Hub name, logo, text, graphics and design. These works are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal use, but you must not reproduce, distribute, modify or otherwise use any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

5. Links to other sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services (for example, our social media pages or the Tally form provider). These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

6. Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable care to ensure the information on the Site is accurate, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy or reliability of the content. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, these Terms do not affect your statutory rights.

These Terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, although if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
